Having worked 9 years as a freelance content creator, I’ve had the pleasure to meet all kinds of organisations and people.
What has always fascinated me are intrinsically motivated people. In front of my lens I could immediately feel the difference of how they speak about their life.
I've learned that this is nurtured as an organisation by having purpose and creating a culture of trust. This has led me to pivot my career from creating content about intrinsically motivated people, to coaching organisations to transform into these types of organisations.
Today I am no longer active as a freelance content creator in order to coach people and transform businesses into healthy, safe and inspiring places.
